This is a wonderful hotel with excellent staff with great customer service.

The breakfast was good and offered a lot of options. Super friendly staff, couldn't ask for more. The location was central, so close to the airport and the Texas Roadhouse next door and the movie theater. Went to Buffalo Wild Wings for drink or two, set not very far from the hotel.
The hotel staff was not professional.

The room was brand-new, moreover beautiful. It was very handy to have a microwave oven, coffee/tea making machines, and a refrigerator. Its location was particularly good, short walk to restaurants, Buffalo Wild Wings and Garland.
The area was a bit disappointing.

The hotel was beautiful and friendly in general, had lovely staff with great customer service. There were lovely rooms with a king bed and shower, for instance. The property had a great restaurant for breakfast and dinner.

Had brand-new room with 2 queen beds, which I really enjoyed. The location was excellent, near to interior common areas, the movie theater, and restaurants, shopping centers, and entertainment. Lucky that it was relatively close to Which Wich, offering food to go.

The hotel is located in a very nice area in Dallas, making it convenient for exploring the city. The rooms are spacious with comfortable beds and clean towels. The staff is friendly and attentive, ensuring a pleasant stay. Additionally, there is a good selection of restaurants nearby, providing plenty of dining options.
There was one negative aspect where some guests mentioned that there was no designated smoking area away from the front entrance.
